Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Bed by 10 app and website, provided by EGGHEAD Engineering Inc. By using Bed by 10 you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Not medical advice
Bed by 10 is a wellness and motivation app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Sleep, recovery, cycle-phase estimates, perimenopause insights, standings and every other number are estimates for information and motivation only, depend on your devices, and can be wrong. Cycle-aware goals are general education and must not be used for contraception or fertility decisions. Talk to a qualified clinician about sleep problems, symptoms or any health concern. A good night's sleep matters more than a league result.
Your account
The app creates an anonymous account tied to your device. Keep display names respectful: no impersonation, hate, harassment or sexual content. League owners can remove members, and we may remove names, reactions, leagues or accounts that break these terms.
Leagues and fair play
Standings are based on data from your own devices. Don't share data that isn't yours. There are no prizes or money involved, and Bed by 10 is not responsible for disputes between league members.
Subscriptions
- Bed by 10 Pro (monthly or yearly) and the Family plan (yearly) are optional auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- The Family plan gives Pro to you and up to five other members of one league you choose, while your plan is active. Members can be on iPhone or Android. If you stop sponsoring the league, leave it, or your plan ends, members lose Pro unless they have their own subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Manage or cancel in your store settings: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your data
You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to store and display the league data you choose to share, only to run the leagues you belong to. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how to delete it.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it, access other users' data, get around rate limits or subscription checks, or use Bed by 10 for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Bed by 10 reads data that Apple Health, Health Connect and the devices that write to them provide; it depends on those services and is not affiliated with Apple, Google, Oura, WHOOP, Garmin or any device maker.
Disclaimers and liability
Bed by 10 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGGHEAD Engineering Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost data arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You can stop using Bed by 10 and delete your data at any time from Settings → Delete everything.
